Mombasa: Coastal Vibes Under the Big Tree

The coastal edition drew massive crowds to the iconic New Big Tree in Bamburi, where the beachside venue came alive with energy. Rap heavyweight Khaligraph Jones headlined alongside Ndovu Kuu, Tipsy Gee, and local favorite Honest Blind Boy, while DJs Benitez, Mostwanted, and Issa Platinum kept the dance floor pulsing. MCs Gogo and DJ Daffy rounded out the entertainment roster.

Beyond the music, festival-goers enjoyed local cuisine from vendors, interactive brand activations, and ice-cold beers against the stunning ocean backdrop. The night’s highlights included Khaligraph Jones commanding an adoring crowd and a surprise birthday celebration for MC Gogo that brought the venue together in celebration.

Nanyuki: Mountain Town Energy Despite the Rain

At Stingers Lounge, Nanyuki’s beer enthusiasts proved that not even rain could dampen their Oktobafest spirit. The lineup featured Toxic Lyrikali, Ayrosh, Wanjine, and Njerae, supported by an impressive DJ roster including Abby, Deewiz, Tibz, Grauchi, Kaneda, and resident DJ Doubleblack. MCs Azeezah Hashim and Kibunja guided the crowd through the evening’s festivities.From DJ Abby’s opening set, the venue buzzed with electric energy.

Njerae’s soulful performances captivated the audience, while Toxic Lyrikali sparked enthusiastic sing-alongs throughout the crowd. The night reached its peak with DJ Grauchi’s legendary closing set, cementing the event as an unforgettable experience for the mountain town.

These successful weekend celebrations follow earlier editions in Nairobi and Eldoret, demonstrating Tusker’s commitment to bringing authentic beer and culture experiences to diverse communities across Kenya.

The nationwide festival culminates with its “Lake Edition” on Saturday, November 8th, at Atella Beach Resort in Kisumu. This final celebration promises an incredible entertainment lineup and rich beer experiences tailored to the lakeside region.
