The countdown to Africa’s premier trade and investment event, the Intra-African Trade Fair 2025 (IATF2025), has begun.
Set to take place in Algiers, Algeria, from September 4th to 10th, 2025, the event is expected to attract over 35,000 visitors from more than 140 countries, solidifying its position as the ultimate marketplace for intra-African trade under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
As the six-month mark approaches, Algeria is intensifying its preparations, with a high-level intersectoral committee overseeing logistics and event planning.
Algeria’s Minister of External Trade and Export Promotion, Hon. Mohammed Boukhari reaffirmed the country’s commitment, emphasizing that Algeria’s extensive resources will be fully leveraged to ensure the event’s success.
