Let me tell you about Saturday. Not just any Saturday, but the kind that makes you forget you have responsibilities on Monday and reminds you why weekends were invented in the first place.
MKU Pavilion Grounds in Thika was the venue, and Kenya Cane transformed it into the perfect Saturday afternoon vibe for the launch of their new Lemon & Ginger variant.

The lineup was solid – Toxic Lyrikali headlining with that Arbantone energy we’ve all been craving, MC Azeezah keeping everything flowing, and DJ Gibbz Tha Daq Child making sure the music never stopped.
The crowd was fully involved – singing along, moving to every beat, creating that perfect festival energy you can’t fake.

The real test, though, was the new Kenya Cane Lemon & Ginger. It’s got that familiar Kenya Cane foundation but with a fresh twist. The lemon adds a bright citrusy kick while the ginger brings just enough warmth to balance it out. It works – both refreshing for afternoon sipping and interesting enough for when the night picks up.

Between the main acts, Tipsy Gee, Ayrosh, and Stage Revolution Band each brought something different to the table. Good music, good crowd, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there rather than just showing up for the gram.
“The turnout, the energy, and the love for the new Lemon & Ginger variant were phenomenal,” said Victor Adada, Brand Manager, Kenya Cane. “We launched this product to celebrate our consumers’ evolving taste and to bring a fresh, local twist to the table and we’re proud of how strongly the market is embracing it.”
The whole thing felt organic – like a proper Kenyan celebration rather than a corporate event with music attached. People were actually connecting, trying the new drink, and having those conversations that turn strangers into weekend plans.Kenya Cane Lemon & Ginger is now available at select outlets, and honestly, it’s worth trying. But more than that, keep an eye on what Kenya Cane does next – Saturday was a good indicator they’re just getting started.
