RUBiS Energy Kenya has launched two new service stations in Eldoret, expanding its network beyond 300 outlets nationwide. The company opened RUBiS Iten Road and RUBiS Champions Mall stations simultaneously, marking a significant investment in the North Rift region.

Strategic Expansion in Key Market

Group Managing Director Olivier Sabrié presided over the launch event on September 1st, highlighting the company’s confidence in Kenya’s economic growth prospects. The dual opening represents RUBiS’s strategic focus on regional expansion beyond major urban centers.

“Our continued investment in Kenya is driven by confidence in the nation’s economic trajectory,” Sabrié said. “Eldoret, as the heart of the North Rift, is a cornerstone of our expansion strategy. These stations create jobs and stimulate local economic activity.”

The new facilities are positioned to serve both Eldoret residents and the significant transit traffic flowing through the city, particularly vehicles traveling to Baringo and Kabarnet.

Differentiated Service Offerings

Each station offers distinct services tailored to different customer needs. The Champions Mall location features a specialized tire center, while the Iten Road station focuses on efficiency for transit customers.

“We are bringing two distinct retail experiences to Eldoret,” explained Fred Patta, RUBiS Energy Kenya’s Retail Manager. “Our Champions Mall station offers a tire center while our Iten Road station provides quick access to UltraTec fuels, Castrol lubricants, and RUBiS Gas for motorists on major transit routes.”

Both locations stock the company’s full range of products, including high-performance UltraTec fuels and associated automotive services.

Launch Promotions

To mark the opening, RUBiS offered customers an 8 shilling per liter discount on all fuel grades at both stations on August 29th. The promotional pricing applied throughout the day at both new locations.
