Samsung Electronics has launched a new 22-work collection in collaboration with Art Basel Paris 2025, bringing gallery-quality contemporary art directly into homes worldwide. The collection is now available on Samsung Art Store, accessible through Samsung Art TVs, transforming everyday living spaces into curated art galleries.
The Collection: Contemporary Art in 4K
The Art Basel Paris 2025 collection showcases artists redefining contemporary art across global perspectives. Featuring works from Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, the collection captures the cultural conversations shaping art in 2025.Highlighted artists include Pascale Marthine Tayou, whose Dreams in Giza explores themes of migration, hybridity, and cultural exchange through his distinctive visual language.
Ludovic Nkoth contributes emotionally powerful works like The Wait and A Day’s Weight, confronting questions of belonging and diaspora. Additional artists include Tanja Nis-Hansen (Deoxyribonucleic Acid Trip 1), Miao Ying, Robert Brambora, Jessy Razafimandimby, and others whose practices expand the boundaries of contemporary art.
“This collection is about the present moment of art,” says Daria Greene, Head of Content and Curation for Samsung Art Store. “Samsung Art Store continues to expand not only in scale but in perspective, with Art Basel highlighting the vitality of today’s artists and the urgency of their voices from Paris to millions worldwide.”
All 22 works are rendered in 4K ultra-high resolution, preserving the richness of color, texture, and detail that makes each piece gallery-worthy. Samsung’s advanced display technology ensures artwork appears with the depth and nuance intended by the artists.
Samsung Art Store: Expanded Access Across 2025 Lineup
Samsung Art Store is now available across the entire 2025 Samsung TV lineup, making world-class art more accessible than ever. This year marks a significant expansion, with Art Store now featured on:
- The Frame and The Frame Pro – Samsung’s award-winning dedicated Art TVs designed to disappear into your décor when displaying artwork
- Neo QLED Series – AI-powered premium TVs that now double as art displays
- QLED Series – Bringing Art Store capabilities to a broader range of Samsung’s quantum dot TVs
This expansion means millions more users can access curated collections from leading artists, museums, and galleries around the world, not just during special exhibitions but every day at home.
The Frame Pro: Samsung’s Most Advanced Art TV
The Frame Pro represents Samsung’s pinnacle of art display technology, combining cutting-edge screen performance with thoughtful design features:
- Neo QLED Display Technology – An upgraded screen delivers brighter, more vibrant colors with sharper contrasts and deeper blacks. The quantum dot technology ensures artwork appears with exceptional color accuracy and depth, matching the quality you’d experience in a gallery.
- Wireless One Connect Box – Installation flexibility reaches new heights with the ability to place the connection hub up to 30 feet away from the display. This means completely cable-free wall mounting, allowing The Frame Pro to truly blend into your space like a framed artwork rather than a television.
- Anti-Reflection Matte Display – Purpose-built for art display, the matte screen minimizes glare and reflections that typically plague glossy TV screens. This ensures artwork looks true-to-life under various lighting conditions, from bright daylight to evening ambient lighting.
- Customizable Aesthetic – Full personalization options include interchangeable bezels in various styles and finishes, multiple screen sizes to fit any wall space, and the ability to match the frame to your interior design. The TV becomes part of your décor, not just an addition to it.
- Art Mode – When not watching content, The Frame Pro seamlessly transitions to display artwork, with motion sensors that adjust brightness based on room activity to conserve energy while maintaining visual impact.
Art Basel Paris Integration
The collection premiered at Art Basel Paris, held October 24-26, 2025 at the iconic Grand Palais. At Samsung’s bespoke booth, visitors experienced the works displayed on Samsung Art TVs, witnessing firsthand how display technology can transform art presentation beyond traditional gallery settings.
“At Art Basel Paris, the experience goes beyond the works on display to the conversations they inspire,” said Clément Delépine, Director of Art Basel Paris. “With our second edition in the iconic Grand Palais, collaborating with Samsung allows those conversations to reach audiences worldwide in new and meaningful ways.”
Samsung exclusively features Seundja Rhee at the exhibition, a Korean artist who established her career in Paris. Renowned for her lyrical abstraction and deep exploration of color and form, Rhee’s work demonstrates how Samsung Art Store bridges cultural moments with lasting home experiences.
By making the Art Basel Paris collection permanently available on Samsung Art Store, Samsung ensures these works continue to resonate long after the fair concludes, turning temporary exhibition encounters into lasting daily experiences.
