Emirates and Uber have announced a strategic partnership through a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at making travel more seamless, convenient, and rewarding for passengers.

The collaboration seeks to enhance ground mobility for Emirates customers and unlock loyalty benefits for Skywards members using the Uber platform across select markets within the Emirates network.

The MoU was formalized by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Anabel Diaz Calderon, Vice President and Head of EMEA Mobility at Uber.

Through this partnership, Emirates and Uber will jointly develop several initiatives, including:

  • An integrated booking experience that bundles Uber Ride Vouchers with flight bookings, simplifying airport transfers and in-city rides.
  • Door-to-destination journeys for select Emirates passengers, offering Uber rides to and from the airport.
  • Loyalty integration: Skywards members in the UAE will soon be able to earn Miles on Uber rides or redeem Miles for Uber credits or vouchers.
  • Expanded earning potential for members across select Emirates network markets.
  • Collaboration on Last Mile delivery solutions for Emirates Courier Express, tapping into Uber’s logistics technology and delivery network to enhance reach and efficiency.
